| How Can You Afford Not to be a NPCA Member?
| How can your company afford to not be a member yet? The nation's largest property companies, both owners and managers; and residential consumers all look for the NPCA Seal. Last year (2007) alone we had 143,095 commercial and residential visitors and have already had over 5,000 actual referrals as of 7/1/08 from 91,520 visitors! Our new 2008 rates are now at the bottom of this page. Discounts still apply to under-represented market areas/services based on those rates. You may quality for a discount and "lock in" lower dues (and we try to hold original dues as long as we can, those who joined at the original dues in 2000 weren't raised until 2003-2004 and they are still paying those rates now! If you have been quoted a discount rate in the past but didn't join, e-mail with your zip for your current discount. We have too many areas where we do not have enough members or worse, no members, to serve the thousands of commercial & residential customers searching our site. There are substantial discounts available in markets where we have no members or too few members relative to the population & search demand.

Code of Ethics
Remember before joining:
NPCA members must adhere to a higher standard than most within our industry. To this end, all applicants shall be required to agree, in writing, to adhere to these high standards of ethics when dealing with customers, employees, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and competitors. Failure to adhere to such standards, or conduct in a manner inconsistent with the high standards and goals of the NPCA may result in the Board of Directors revoking the Certification of the offending individual/company. All members agree to have all their customers surveyed by the association for overall satisfaction and to have those survey results available in the future to other potential customers who may be considering awarding contracts to you. All applicants are hereby advised of this section as well as our requirements for proof of insurance, licensing (in areas where required by law) and customer satisfaction arbitration policy.
