The NPCA™ is an exclusive association comprised of pavement-related contractors from across the country. Originally formed in 2000 the association has since become greater each year and has been recommended by many leading national magazines. To achieve this goal we created the original on-line quality & customer satisfaction oriented referral system for the pavement industry.

Therefore only contractors who agree to high standards of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction can join our association. To become a member of our organization applicants must meet stringent criteria. The most important being that each member is well regarded, consistently producing high quality work, and offers a written guarantee. We are able to confidently refer our member's services to our most important asset, you, the pavement services customer.
Code of Ethics
NPCA members must adhere to a higher standard than most within our industry. To this end, all applicants shall be required to agree, in writing, to adhere to these high standards of ethics when dealing with customers, employees, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and competitors. Failure to adhere to such standards, or conduct in a manner inconsistent with the high standards and goals of the NPCA may result in the Board of Directors revoking the Certification of the offending individual. All applicants shall be advised of this section prior to acceptance of the application for membership.

This is a new program (June 1, 2008) so it will be a while before there is enough data to display but our member contractors know when they do your job...their future customers are watching!
